Award-winning Hudson Valley marketing and public relations firm Media Solstice Marketing & Public Relations has recently been honored with three international awards for its work on behalf of a local small business, a non-profit organization, and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
“It has been a successful year thus far for our firm, and these awards are a testament to the skill, ingenuity, and vision of our team,” said Media Solstice Founder and President Jessica Gardner. “We are all very pleased that the work we do on behalf of our valued clients has earned the recognition of these prestigious trade associations.”
The Hermes Creative Awards presented Media Solstice with a Gold award for its development of a new logo on behalf of Riverside Ice, a newly created sister business to Port Jervis’ famed Riverside Creamery. Riverside Ice, which is preparing for its grand opening, will offer frozen desserts that accommodate those with dietary restrictions. Options will include all-natural italian ice, vegan ice cream, dairy-free treats, and more.
Every year, the Hermes Creative Awards celebrate excellence in creativity, marketing, communications, and innovation. Creative professionals are recognized for the concept, writing, and design of materials. The Hermes Creative Awards are administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), one of the largest, oldest, and most respected evaluators of creative work in the marketing and communications industry. This year, members of AMCP reviewed more than 6,000 global entries.
The dotCOMM Awards, also administered by AMCP, honored Media Solstice with a Gold award for the overall design of a website on behalf of Inspire, a non-profit affiliate organization of Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State. The website features a modern and engaging design that highlights the amazing children and staff of Inspire. The website includes an easy-to-navigate interface and an updated platform, offering a seamless experience to those who visit the website.
The dotCOMM Awards is an international competition honoring excellence in web creativity and digital communication. The competition spotlights the role of creatives in the dynamic, constantly evolving field of digital and web marketing. Winning a dotCOMM award signifies to employers, clients, prospects, and competitors that the winner’s web and digital work is among the best in the industry.
And lastly, Media Solstice was recognized with a Silver award by The Summit Creative Awards for its design of a PSA billboard on behalf of the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. The billboard was just one part of the District Attorney’s Office’s “Connect 2 Disconnect” initiative. “Connect 2 Disconnect,” also developed by Media Solstice, focused on educating parents about how they can connect with their kids to break the connection between prescription drugs and heroin. The campaign, which was promoted countywide, featured a video, posters, brochures, flyers, and an aggressive social media program.
The Summit Creative Awards, administered through the Summit International Awards, is an advertising competition judged by experts in the field and focuses on strength of concept, quality of execution, and ability to communicate. The award specifically focuses on the creative excellence of small- to medium-sized agencies.
